RESERVES UP FOR THE CHALLENGE
The Western Magpies Reserves will be up for the challenge when they host the second placed Labrador at Chelmer on Saturday.
The Pies will be boosted by the return from injury of Sean McEvoy and Ricky Dudley and with Nick Barling recovering from a knock early in the match last week.
The Magpies have hit form recently with a more regular core playing group, but the 2nd placed Tigers will be a formidable challenge as the Pies make their late surge at finals.
A win in this match will boost the Pies slim finals chances but a loss will also not spell the end of the Pies finals assault.
