COLTS NEED A WIN TO SECURE TOP 4 BERTH
After the bye last week, the Western Magpie Colts are looking to complete the H&A season with a win over UQ this Saturday morning.
It's a simple equation for the boys, win and they earn the double chance with a Top 4 finish. However, Uni can't be taken lightly and results show that they have performed at their best when playing the top sides this year and could be further up the ladder but for some surprising losses against lower ranked teams.
The Colts have been in some quality form, with recent convincing wins in their last three outings - while really adapting and buying into a more defensively orientated game plan. It will be interesting to see how the work done at training over the past 2 weeks is put into action on the ground this week.
The Colts welcome back Ruckman Aaron Highlands and utility Josh Senescall from injury and now have a healthy list, which is always vital for a finals assault commencing next weekend.
